Description
Najdluzszy czas trwania patentu do 16 lutego 1943 r.W patencie glównym Nr 8428 opisano sposób przeprowadzania higroskopijnego azotanu amonowego w dajacy sie rozsie¬ wac nawóz mieszany niehigroskopijny, któ¬ ry to sposób polega na zmieszaniu stalego azotanu amonowego równiez ze stalym fo¬ sforanem dwuamonowym. Przyklad I. Wykonano próby z owsem w doniczkach wegetacyjnych w ziemi piaszczystej, lekko humusowej i lekko gliniastej.Nawóz zasadniczy w postaci wapna i magnezji byl we wszystkich próbach jedna¬ kowy. Pozostale nawozy byly uzyte w ta¬ kiej ilosci, aby we wszystkich przypadkach ziemia otrzymala jednakowe ilosci N, K20 i P205.Srednie wyniki z trzech prób równole¬ glych byly nastepujace: Zniwo bez P206 superfosfat -|- siarczan i azotan amonowy -|- chlorek potasu Nawóz mieszany z siarczanu i azotanu amo¬ nowego, fosforanu jednoamonowego, chlorku potasowego g suchej substancji 17,4 62,9 70,8 0,04 0,15 0,17 Nadwyzka g such. subst. gP205 45,5 0,11 53,4 0,13 Nawóz z fosforanem jednoamonowym wykazuje wiec nadspodziewany dobry wy¬ nik i daje, w porównaniu z nawozem z su- perfosfatu, azotanu i siarczanu amonowego i chlorku potasowego, o 18% wyzsze rezul¬ taty i lepsze wykorzystanie pozywki.Przyklad II. Próby przeprowadzono w takich samych warunkach, jak to podano w przykladzie I.Nawóz zasadniczy w postaci wapna i magnezji byl we wszystkich próbach jedna¬ kowy. Pozostale nawozy sztuczne byly i w tym przypadku uzyte w ten sposób, iz we wszystkich przypadkach ziemia otrzymala jednakowe ilosci W, K20 i P20^. Azotu do¬ dano w ilosci 0,8 g na doniczke.Srednie wyniki z czterech prób równo¬ leglych byly nastepujace: 25,8 Fosforan jednowapniowy -|- azo¬ tan amonowy -f- siarczan po¬ tasowy podczas gdy superfosfat -|- saletra potasowa -f- 40% sól potasowa (Uzyty do porównania nawóz sztuczny z superfosfatu, saletry potasowej i 40% so¬ li potasowej uwazany jest za jeden z naj¬ lepszych nawozów mieszanych).Podobne wyniki osiaga sie, stosujac mieszanine fosforanu j ednoamonowego, azotanu amonowego i azotanu potasowego. PLThe longest term of the patent until February 16, 1943, the main patent No. 8428 describes a method of converting hygroscopic ammonium nitrate into a spreadable non-hygroscopic mixed fertilizer, which consists in mixing solid ammonium nitrate also with solid diammonium phosphate. According to claim 2 of the main patent, other salts can be added to the above mixed fertilizer, including nitrogen, potassium or lime. It has now been found that it is possible to obtain a fertilizer with an excellent performance and good durability, since in the fertilizer described in the main patent, consisting of replace ammonium nitrate, dichammonium phosphate and other salts, partially or wholly, with other ammonium phosphates or with a mixture of different ammonium phosphates. Mixed fertilizers are very valuable, containing ammonium nitrate, monoammonium phosphate, or not apart from diammonium phosphate, moreover potassium sulphate or nitrate. The new fertilizers also have the advantage that the nutrient ratio (potassium: phosphorus: nitrogen) can be changed as needed, without thereby affecting the storage capacity of the fertilizer. When obtaining a similar fertilizer, further industrial advantages were revealed, namely that it turned out that it was not necessary to strictly observe the neutralization conditions corresponding to the stage of diammonium phosphate urns. Example I. Tests were carried out with oats in vegetation pots in sandy, slightly humic soil and slightly loamy. The basic fertilizer in the form of lime and magnesia was the same in all the tests. The remaining fertilizers were used in such an amount that in all cases the soil received equal amounts of N, K20 and P205. The average results of the three parallel tests were as follows: Yield without P206 superphosphate - | - sulphate and ammonium nitrate - | - chloride of potassium A mixed fertilizer of ammonium sulphate and nitrate, monoammonium phosphate, potassium chloride g dry substance 17.4 62.9 70.8 0.04 0.15 0.17 Excess dry g. subst. gP205 45.5 0.11 53.4 0.13 The monoammonium phosphate fertilizer thus shows an unexpected good result and gives, compared to the fertilizer made of superphosphate, ammonium nitrate, ammonium sulphate and potassium chloride, an 18% higher result. dad and better use of the medium. Example II. The tests were carried out in the same conditions as those given in Example 1. The basic fertilization in the form of lime and magnesia was the same in all the tests. The remaining fertilizers in this case were used in such a way that in all cases the soil received equal amounts of W, K20 and P20 ^. Nitrogen was added at 0.8 g per pot. Average results from four parallel trials were as follows: 25.8 Monocalcium Phosphate - | - Ammonium nitrate - potassium sulfate while superphosphate - | - saltpeter potassium -f- 40% potassium salt (The synthetic fertilizer of superphosphate, potassium nitrate and 40% potassium salt used for comparison is considered to be one of the best mixed fertilizers). Similar results are obtained with a mixture of monoammonium phosphate, nitrate ammonium and potassium nitrate. PL
