Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lózko dla dziecka, przeznaczone glównie dla dzieci w wieku od 3 do 10 lat. Dotychczas produkowane lózka dzieciece sa to zazwyczaj lózeczka szczebelkowe drewniane oraz róznego rodzaju tapczaniki produkowane z plyty meblowej drewnopodobnej, których elementy konstrukcyjne laczone sa ze soba za pomoca srub meblowych lub technika klejenia klejami stolarskimi. Spelniaja one wylacznie funkcje lózka. Lózko dla dziecka z motywem „kwiatu" wykonane jest z plyty meblowej, wiórowej, a jego elementy polaczone sa za pomoca srub meblowych. Sklada sie z dna, czesci przedniej (dalej nazywanej beznózem) i tylnej ( dalej nazywanej wezglowiem) oraz dwóch boków. Beznóze i wezglowie maja forme platków kwiatu. Beznóze od strony zewnetrznej posiada okragly element tapicerowany tkanina, imitujacy srodek kwiatu. Wezglowie, majace ten sam motyw platków kwiatu, od strony wewnetrznej lózka posiada pólokragly element tapicerowany. Element ten równiez imituje srodek kwiatu, a jednoczesnie stanowi miekkie oparcie dla dziecka. Kazdy z boków lózka ma ksztalt prostokata, który w srodkowej czesci posiada wyciecie na górnej krawedzi, ulatwiajace dziecku wchodzenie i wychodzenie z lózka. Na dno lózka polozony jest materac tapicerowany tkanina. Od spodu lózka znajduja sie cztery drewniane nózki. Lózko z motywem "misia" wykonane jest z plyty meblowej, wiórowej, a jego elementy polaczone sa za pomoca srub meblowych. Sklada sie z dna, beznóza i wezglowia oraz dwóch boków. Beznóze ma forme dwóch stóp misia. Na beznóze naciagniety jest pokrowiec z tkaniny, od zewnetrznej nas2yte zostaly elementy imitujace spód stóp misia. Wezglowie to element wyciety w ksztalcie glowy misia z uszami. Wezglowie jest tapicerowane tkanina. Do boków lózka zamocowane sa dwa elementy z tkaniny imitujace lapy misia. Na dno lózka polozony jest materac tapicerowany tkanina. Od spodu lózka znajduja sie cztery drewniane nózki. Lózko z motywem „samochodu" wykonane jest z plyty meblowej, wiórowej, a jego elementy polaczone sa za pomoca srub meblowych. Sklada sie z dna, beznóza i wezglowia oraz dwóch boków. Beznóze ma ksztalt prostokata z zaokraglonymi górnymi rogami. Po zewnetrznej stronie beznóza zamocowane sa dwa okragle elementy imitujace swiatla samochodu oraz element imitujacy obudowe chlodnicy samochodu. Od wewnatrz zas, znajduje sie okragly element umocowany na drewnianej kolumnie, który stanowi kierownice. Wezglowie takze ma ksztalt prostokata z zaokraglonymi górnymi rogami i jest tapicerowane tkanina. Kazdy z boków lózka ma ksztalt prostokata, który w srodkowej czesci posiada wyciecie na górnej krawedzi, ulatwiajace dziecku wchodzenie i wychodzenie z lózka. Na dno lózka polozony jest materac tapicerowany tkanina. Do boków lózka mocowane sa po dwa okragle elementy imitujace kola samochodu. Dla wszystkich przedstawionych odmian lózek dla dzieci na brzegi plyty elementów nie tapicerowanych przyklejona jest miekka nakladka. Korzystnym skutkiem wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze posiada on prosta budowe, co ulatwia montaz i demontaz lózek. Lózka sa wykonane z materialów bezpiecznych dla srodowiska i przyjaznych dla dziecka. Posiadaja elementy tapicerowane i bezpieczne dla dziecka wykonczenia brzegów plyt, co eliminujeczesciowo ewentualne urazy. Lózka charakteryzuja sie tez estetycznym wygladem, sa kolorowe i atrakcyjne w formie, co pozytywnie wplywa na rozwój psychomotoiyczny dziecka, pobudza jego inwencje w tworzeniu nowych form zabaw, rozwija wyobraznie i buduje poczucie bezpieczenstwa. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: l)lózko dla dziecka jest polaczeniem tradycyjnego tapczanika i zabawki. 2)lózko dla dziecka wykonane jest w trzech odmianach: lózka z motywem „kwiatu", „misia" i „samochodu". PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a children's bed, intended primarily for children aged 3 to 10. Previously produced children's beds typically consist of wooden slatted cots and various types of daybeds made of wood-like furniture board, whose structural elements are connected using furniture screws or carpentry glue. They function solely as beds. The children's bed with a "flower" motif is made of furniture chipboard, and its elements are connected using furniture screws. It consists of a base, a front section (hereinafter referred to as the headboard), a back section (hereinafter referred to as the headboard), and two sides. The headboard and headboard are shaped like flower petals. The headboard has a round, fabric-upholstered element on the outside, imitating the center of the flower. The headboard, featuring the same flower petal motif, features a semicircular upholstered element on the inside of the bed. This element also imitates the center of the flower and provides soft support for the child. Each side of the bed is rectangular, with a cutout in the center at the top edge, making it easier for the child to get in and out of bed. A fabric-upholstered mattress sits on the bottom of the bed. Four wooden legs are located underneath the bed. The bed with the "teddy bear" motif is made of chipboard, and its elements are connected with furniture screws. It consists of a base, a headboard, a headboard, and two side panels. The headboard is shaped like two teddy bear feet. A fabric cover is stretched over the bed, and the outer surface is embellished with elements imitating the underside of a teddy bear's feet. The headboard is cut out in the shape of a teddy bear's head with ears. The headboard is upholstered in fabric. On the inside, elements imitating a teddy bear's face are sewn onto the fabric (as shown in Fig. 2). Each side of the bed is rectangular, with a cutout in the middle at the top edge, making it easier for the child to get in and out of bed. Two fabric elements imitating teddy bear paws are attached to the sides of the bed. A fabric-upholstered mattress is placed on the bottom of the bed. Four wooden legs are located underneath the bed. The "car"-themed bed is made of chipboard, and its elements are connected with furniture screws. It consists of a base, a headboard, a headboard, and two sides. The headboard is rectangular with rounded top corners. On the outside of the headboard are two round elements imitating car headlights and an element imitating a car's radiator casing. On the inside, there is a round element mounted on a wooden column, which serves as a steering wheel. The headboard is also rectangular with rounded top corners and is upholstered in fabric. Each side of the bed is rectangular, with a cutout in the middle on the top edge, making it easier for the child to get in and out of the bed. A fabric-upholstered mattress is placed on the bottom of the bed. Two round elements imitating car wheels are attached to the sides of the bed. For all the children's bed varieties shown, a soft overlay is glued to the edges of the non-upholstered elements. The children's bed is shown in the photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the bed with a "flower" motif, Fig. 2 - the bed with a "teddy bear" motif, Fig. 3 - the bed with a "car" motif, and Fig. 4 - all bed types together. A beneficial effect of the industrial design is its simple structure, which facilitates assembly and disassembly of the beds. The beds are made of environmentally safe and child-friendly materials. They feature upholstered elements and child-safe finishing of the board edges, which partially eliminates possible injuries. The beds are also characterized by an aesthetically pleasing appearance, are colorful, and have an attractive shape, which positively impacts the child's psychomotor development, stimulates their creativity in creating new forms of play, develops their imagination, and builds a sense of security. The key features of the industrial design include: 1) The children's bed is a combination of a traditional couch and a toy. 2) The children's bed is available in three varieties: a bed with a "flower," a "teddy bear," and a "car" motif.
