Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie do otwierania drzwi. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu urzadzenia do otwierania drzwi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia urzadzenie do otwierania drzwi w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- zblizenie perspektywiczne na fragment urzadzenia do otwierania drzwi, a fig.3- zblizenie perspektywiczne na fragment zakonczenia urzadzenia do otwierania drzwi. Urzadzenie do otwierania drzwi wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujace ramie pionowe oraz pozioma dzwignie polaczone czlonem laczacym posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ramie pionowe ma postac preta prostopadlosciennego, zas pozioma dzwignia ma postac dwóch segmentów w przyblizeniu prostopadlosciennych, przy czym krawedzie przedniego segmentu sa zaokraglone. Dzwignia ma, od strony prawego zakonczenia, element wienczacy majacy w przyblizeniu ksztalt ostroslupascietego o podstawie prostokatnej, w którym dwie sciany boczne sa wypukle. Dzwignia wpasowana jest lewym zakonczeniem w czlon laczacy, przy czym na przednim segmencie lewego zakonczenia dzwigni widoczny jest element wienczacy odpowiadajacy ksztaltem polowie elementu wienczacego usytuowanego od strony prawego zakonczenia dzwigni. Czlon laczacy ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, którego sciana przednia jest wypukla i w którym usytuowane jest wybranie o ksztalcie dopasowanym do ksztaltu lewego zakonczenia dzwigni. Ponadto na scianie bocznej czlonu laczacego widoczny jest maly element pryzmatyczny z wybraniem, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji od fig.l do fig.3.FIG. 1FIG. 2FIG. 3 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a door opening device. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the door opening device. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the door opening device, Fig. 2 is a perspective close-up of a fragment of the door opening device, and Fig. 3 is a perspective close-up of a fragment of the end of the door opening device. The door opening device according to the industrial design, comprising a vertical arm and a horizontal lever connected by a connecting member, has the following essential features: the vertical arm is in the form of a cuboidal rod, and the horizontal lever is in the form of two approximately cuboidal segments, with the edges of the front segment being rounded. The lever has, on its right end, a crowning element having a roughly frustopyramidal shape with a rectangular base, in which two side walls are convex. The lever is fitted with its left end into the connecting member, and on the front segment of the left end of the lever, a crowning element is visible, corresponding in shape to half of the crowning element located on the right end of the lever. The connecting member has a cuboid shape, the front wall of which is convex and in which a recess is located, the shape of which matches the shape of the left end of the lever.
