Description

Dzieki latwej wymiennosci grzebieni pieca Spirleta, mozna bez trudnosci od¬ swiezac czesci pracujace, narazone na zuzycie, i w ten sposób osiagnac stale równomierne prazenie rud. Przez to, iz tej pracujacej i latwo wymiennej czesci nadajemy dowolny ksztalt i polozenie, wzgledem kierunku posuwania sie ma- terjalu prazonego, mozna w dalszym cia¬ gu osiagnac, w czasie ruchu pieca, do¬ wolnie zmienna najwieksza wydajnosc pieca, zaleznie od rodzaju rudy; wkon- cu mozna, stosownie do znanych urza¬ dzen pieca Spirleta, wymieniac cale grze¬ bienie lacznie z kamieniami podporowe- mi, bez wymiany sklepienia.Ta ostatnia czynnosc wymaga jednak zawsze podnoszenia poszczególnych kap rusztowych, wymaga wiec zawsze prze¬ rwy w ruchu. Umieszczamy wte¬ dy dla przeróbki takich rud chwilowo kilka kamieni pracujacych wiecej, do czego uzywamy równiez wlasnie tych rezerwowych kamieni podporowych. Ma¬ my wiec dzieki temu moznosc bez cze¬ stej wymiany kamieni podporowych, a wiec i bez przerwy w ruchu pieca, osiagnac zawsze kazda pozadana naj¬ wyzsza wydajnosc jego, wzglednie utrzy¬ mac te wydajnosc na pozadanej wyso¬ kosci. PL PLThanks to the easy interchangeability of the Spirleta furnace combs, working parts subject to wear can be easily refreshed, thus achieving consistently uniform ore roasting. By giving this working and easily replaceable part any shape and position relative to the direction of the calcined material, it is still possible to achieve, during the furnace's operation, the highest possible furnace efficiency, depending on the type of ore. Finally, according to the known Spirlet kiln devices, it is possible to replace the entire combs, including the supporting stones, without replacing the roof. This last operation, however, always requires lifting the individual grate covers, so it always requires a break in the operation. To avoid this, according to the invention, more supporting stones were used in the base of the kiln than those needed for normal kiln operation. If, for example, the number of combs normally needed in one base is 15-16, then 20-25 or even more supporting stones are placed at the front, which does not affect the construction itself at all. Only 15-16 of the supporting stones are filled with working stones, while the rest of the supporting stones are left unoccupied until further notice. If one of the supporting stones used, which can always happen, is damaged, we then place a suitable working stone in one of the previously vacant reserve stones, which is possible without interruption of operation; the furnace then works at full capacity again. It is also possible that for a certain type of ore we achieve the highest furnace efficiency with 15-16 working stones, but we find that for another type of ore, 18-20 working stones are needed to achieve maximum efficiency. We then temporarily place a few more working stones for the processing of such ores, for which we also use these reserve support stones. Thanks to this, we can always achieve the highest desired output without frequent replacement of support stones, and therefore without interrupting the kiln's operation. PL PL
