Description

The subject of the invention is a method of producing air-permeable nonwoven fabric for medical and sanitary purposes especially suitable for bandages, dressings and sanitary napkins. The preferred method of producing an air-permeable non-woven fabric consists in the fact that in the fleece base, formed holes are made from a mixture of cellulose and synthetic fibers by passing streams of air or liquid through this deck, after which the deck is filled with liquid binders and dries. During the surfacing of the deck, blanks are formed from the holes created from the liquid binding agent, which crack during drying to form a gap. The nonwoven fabric made in this way has openings constituting a gap, with flat edges not protruding beyond the plane of the nonwoven fabric, and the process itself is uncontrolled, giving random openings in the form of clearances.

The invention is based on the fact that in a previously hot-pressed fleece made of a mixture of and fibers consisting of cellulose and thermoplastic fibers, through-holes are made with convex rims with hot tapered needles and fix them at the same time with the same needles heated to the melting point of the thermoplastic fibers contained in a given glass day. Thanks to this, we obtain fibers with a much greater degree of airiness and durability of this wear during use in relation to the known non-woven fabric of this type.

Wypukle, utrwalone obrzeza otworów po jednej stronie wlókniny powstaja wskutek wypychania wlókien w czasie wykonywania otworów i jednoczesnie nadtapiania wlókien termoplastycznych w pokladzie. The convexities, fixed edges of the holes on one side of the nonwoven fabric are caused by pushing the fibers out while making holes and, at the same time, melting thermoplastic fibers in the deck.

Przy bandazowaniu, tworzeniu opatrunków, podpasek itp. z wlókniny wykonanej wedlug wynalazku po¬ wstaja miedzy poszczególnymi warstwami opatrunku, podpaski, bandazu przewiewne przestrzenie wskutek opie¬ rania sie poszczególnych warstw o trwale wypukle obrzeza otworów, co zapewnia ukladowi duza przewiewnosc i chlonnosc róznych wydzielin w czasie jej uzytkowania. When bandaging, creating dressings, sanitary napkins, etc., of non-woven fabric made according to the invention, stand up between the individual layers of the dressing, sanitary napkin, bandage, airy spaces as a result of the care the individual layers are torn by the permanently convex perimeters of the holes, which provides the system with great airiness and the absorbency of the various secretions during its use.

Przyklad I. Poklad runa formuje sie z mieszanki wlókien zawierajacej 50% wlókien celulozowych i 50% wlókien polipropylenowych, po czym sprasowuje sie je w temperaturze 160°C przy cisnieniu walów 150 dN/cm biezacy . , a nastepnie poddaje sie go dzialaniu goracych igiel o ksztalcie stozkowym ogrzanych do temperatury 200° C.2 100014 Przyklad II. Poklad runa formuje sie z mieszanki wlókien zawierajacej 30% . wlókien celulozowych i 70% wlókien polichlorowinylowych, po czym sprasowuje sie je w temperaturze 130°C przy cisnieniu walów 120 dN/cm biezacy, a nastepnie poddaje sie dzialaniu goracych igiel o ksztalcie stozkowym ogrzanych do tem¬ peratury 170°C.Example I. The fleece deck is formed from a fiber mixture containing 50% cellulose fibers and 50% polypropylene fibers, then pressed at a temperature of 160 ° C under roller pressure 150 dN / cm running. and then exposed to hot tapered needles heated to temperature 200 ° C. 2 100014 Example II. The fleece deck is formed from a 30% fiber blend. cellulose fibers and 70% polyvinylchloride fibers, and then pressed at a temperature of 130 ° C under roller pressure 120 dN / cm running, and then exposed to hot tapered needles heated to the temperature temperature 170 ° C.
