This utility model is directed to a fish spread and its preparation. Specifically, it is directed to a method of making fish spread made from blacktip sardinella (Sardinella melanura L.), macapuno (Cocos nucifera), seasoning, and spices. Its preparation comprises the steps of preparing the fish, spices and seasoning, eviscerating the fish, washing and cleaning the fish, removing the fish's head, fin, and tail, pre-cooking the fish in an autoclave, homogenizing the pre-cooked fish, mixing of fish, macapuno, and spices, cooking mixture with continuous stirring to prevent scorching, packaging the fish spread in a container, exhausting packaged mixture, processing packaged mixture, and cooling the fish spread.
