Abstract

Aspects of the present utility model provide computer-based systems, computer-implemented methods, and a non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium suitable for use in publishing digital content items over a network-based environment. The present utility model includes a server computing device and an asset end-user computing device in communication with one another over a communication network such as the Internet. The server computing device includes a content publisher, a content manager, a workflow manager, and a communication channel establisher. The content publisher is configured to publish through a user interface on the asset end-user computing device the content items based on transaction information associated with the content items and the asset end-user computing device. The content manager is configured to categorize the content items and configure the same to be searchable. The workflow manager is configured to define a flow combining constants and variables into workflow rules, and to schedule at least one work based on the defined flow. The scheduled work preferably includes workloads, priorities, and assignments.
