Abstract
This utility model is about a process of producing arc-laminated bamboo lumber (ALBL) from Kauayan-tinik (Bambusa blumeana Schult.f.). The steps include cross-cutting air-dried or kiln-dried bamboo internode; Quarter-splitting the cross-cut bamboo internodes; sanding the internodes of arc bamboo splits; gluing the arc bamboo splits using coldsetting adhesives; assembly and arc molding of the laminated bamboo; curing the arc laminated bamboo splits; removing the cured arc-laminated bamboo splits from mechanical press and product testing for physical and mechanical properties.
