Abstract

The present utility model relates in general to a process for producing modified nano-zeolites and products thereof. More specifically, the present utility model relates to a process for for producing modified nano-zeolites from naturally occurring nan0-zeolite materials abundant in the Philipp'ines, particularly in the province of Pangasinan. According to this utility model, naturally occurring nano-zeolite materials are modified by chemical, hydrothermal and physical treatment resulting to modified nano-zeolite particles having an average particle size ranging from 50-90 nm and :surface area of 100-200 m2/g, which can be utilized as :starting materia'ls in the manufacture of nano-fertilizers, nanoadsorbents and nano-filters for agricultural, energy and environmental applications.
