An insect trapping apparatus comprises a first body, a second body, and a hanger. A periphery of the first body is provided with a first coupling portion. The second body is movably coupled to the first body. A periphery of the second body is provided with a second coupling portion corresponding to the first coupling portion. The second coupling portion is able to generate an elastic force to expand outwardly so as to elastically engage with the first coupling portion, such that the first body and the second body cannot be easily disengaged from each other. A plurality of first bodies and second bodies can be respectively stacked to facilitate transportation.
