Abstract
This utility model disclosed the process of producing hanging rice as a complete meal filled with beef guisado (stew) for the consumers. It is ventured to add protein food to ordinary puso and also serves as a convenient food pack whether at home or outdoor activities wherein at least the process of producing enhanced hanging rice "puso" with beef guisado includes the preparation of beef guisado filling and hanging rice packets comprising: sauteing onions and garlic in a tablespoon of oil in a carajay; adding sliced beef, soysauce, powdered pepper com and a little water to sauteed onions and gartic; boiling and covering the carajay until cooked; cooling the beef guisado; stuffing of woven young coconut leaves packets filled with half-full of rice; placing the stuffed hanging rice in large kettle; and submerging in boiling water until cooked.
