A smoking apparatus for use comprising a smoking cabinet having a plurality of support legs forming thereon a smoking chamber includes an access door with a viewing window, a plurality of removable trays disposed inside said chamber and arranged in superposed manner, a fuel receptacle removable held underneath said smoking chamber and a chimney disposed on top of said cabinet serves as smoke outlet. The said cabinet is made of stainless steel water tank and the viewing window is made of glass material.
