Abstract
A hot air fish dryer was constructed which consisted of a furnace, heat exchanger, drying chamber, and hook type hanger within the drying chamber. The Furnace was made from bricks, it is lighter than the concrete and has characteristic minimize the heat loss. Heat exchanger attached to the upper portion of the furnace, installed alternately horizontal, and connected to the duct, at this portion the air flowing inside the pipe heated by fire. By means of fire air absorbed the heat from the pipe and forced into the drying chamber through duct flowing from the heat exchanger to the chamber that serves as the container of the product where the hot air flowing equally distributed through the damper.
