The present utility model relates to natural fiber-blended fabrics that have time-delayed release of scent and mosquito-repellent properties. The fabrics are modified by inclusion complexes comprising modified P-cyclodextrin and essential oil from lavender (Lavandula angustifolia). The process for applying the inclusion complex is also described herein.
