Abstract

This wireless communication apparatus is connected to a field apparatus of a plant via a signal line and is provided with: a signal input unit which generates signal data comprising data of a signal value of an input signal inputted from the signal line; a wireless communication unit for wirelessly transmitting the signal data; an apparatus-to-apparatus communication unit connected to another wireless communication apparatus by wire; and a communication processing unit which performs at least one communication process of a wireless communication process for the signal data via the wireless communication unit and a detour communication process for the signal data via the apparatus-to-apparatus communication unit.
