Abstract
Disclosed are a sheath-embedded pull-out-connection optical cable and a production method therefor. The optical cable comprises a sheath (1), rigid reinforcing members (2), a flexible water-blocking reinforcing member (3), micro-pipe sub-units (4), colored optical fibers (6), first water-blocking elements (7), second water-blocking elements (5), and third water-blocking elements (17), wherein the micro-pipe sub-units (4) are wrapped around the outside of the first water-blocking elements (7) and a plurality of colored optical fibers (6); a plurality of micro-pipe sub-units (4) and the second water-blocking elements (5) are at the center of the optical cable and are uniformly wrapped by the flexible water-blocking reinforcing member (3) and the third water-blocking elements (17) from the outside to form a cable core (8); and the sheath (1) is wrapped around the outside of the cable core (8), and a plurality of rigid reinforcing members (2) are embedded between an outer surface and an inner surface of the sheath (1). By means of the sheath-embedded pull-out-connection optical cable and the production method therefor, the tension resistance and pressure resistance of the product are effectively improved, the weight thereof is lighter, and the outer diameter thereof is smaller, such that the requirements for window-cutting construction are satisfied; by means of a mold repairing method, a side, without the rigid reinforcing members, of the sheath is increased in thickness, and the side, without the rigid reinforcing members, of the sheath is compensated by contraction; after demolding, the out-of-roundness of the product is repaired by means of a negative-pressure repairing method; and the rounding of the appearance of an optical cable is ensured.
