This invention discloses the production of squash and tropical fruit juice drink that is composed of freshly grated squash pulp added with at least 40 pcnt potable water for juice extraction. At least 50 pcnt of extracted squash juice was added with at least 20 pcnt of a tropical fruit juice, at least 12 pcnt sugar, at least 0.25 pcnt of acidulant per volume of juice drink, and at least 0.016 pcnt of cinnamon powder. The juice drink was homogenized for at least 3 minutes, pasteurized at a minimum temperature of 72øC for at least 15 seconds, and bottled.
