Abstract

A Front-mounted metal-embedded refractive device and light source, used to improve the heat dissipation of an LED luminaire having a reflecting cover. The front-mounted metal-embedded refractive device comprises a reflecting cover (1), which includes a cover body (4) and an opening end (3) and a bottom end (7) at two ends of the cover body (4); a radiator (6); the radiator (6) is above the bottom end (7) and inside the cover body (4), and the two ends of the radiator are fixed on the cover body (4). The front-mounted metal-embedded refractive device uses reflected light, and uses the reflecting surface of the lampshade as light exit surface; and the radiator inside can barely affect the light. Therefore, the device realizes a balance between lighting and heat dissipation.
