Abstract
This electrical grid monitoring control system ascertains monitoring information of power equipment at a plurality of monitoring control bases and controls the power equipment from the plurality of monitoring control bases such that the jurisdiction of the monitoring control bases with respect to the power equipment can be changed efficiently and dynamic and flexible operation can be achieved. The monitoring authority and control authority for pieces of power equipment 12 to 23 are stored in a monitoring authority data file 109 and a control authority data file 106. Changes to the monitoring authority and control authority for the pieces of power equipment 12 to 23 are possible by a change input means 104. A monitoring information determination means 108 determines the necessity of outputting monitoring information on the basis of the monitoring authority data file 109, and if there is monitoring authority, sends the monitoring information to a monitoring information output means 103. A control information determination means 105, in the case of control information being input using a control information input means 102, determines the necessity of transmitting the control information on the basis of the control authority data file 106, and if there is control authority, sends the control information to a control information transmission means 110.
