Abstract

This coated steel sheet (10) is configured such that a steel sheet (11) and a coating film (14) are laminated in this order. The coating film (14) contains a polyimide (141) and a cured silicone (144). The area occupancy of the cured silicone (144) in the surface of the coating film (14) is 5 pcnt or more. The coated steel sheet (10) has both excellent heat resistance and excellent antifouling properties, and is suitable for use as a material for members for cooking utensils.
