Abstract

Described is a packet (1) for tobacco products, in particular cigarettes, substantially having the shape of a parallelepiped and defined by a bottom wall (2), a top wall (6), a large front wall (3), a large rear wall (4) and two small side walls (5); the top wall (6) comprises a first closed line of weakness (20), positioned close to a lateral end zone of the top wall (6) and crossed by a second line of weakness (21) which joins two opposite points of it and divides the portion of the top wall (6) enclosed within the first line of weakness (20) into a first portion (21a) positioned close to a lateral end zone of the top wall (6) and a second portion (21b) spaced from said lateral end zone, and a label (12) is provided which is superposed on the first line of weakness (20) and positioned across the top wall (6) and respective upper portions of the adjacent large front wall (3) and large rear wall (4), and which comprises a first end area stably connected to an upper zone of the large rear wall (4), a second end area movably connected to an upper zone of the large front wall (3), and a grip flap (19), which is free of adhesive and forms part of the second end area; an intermediate surface of the label (12), adjacent to the portion of the top wall (6) enclosed within the first line of weakness (20) is stably connected to the second portion (21b) of the top wall (6).
