The following is the description of the preferred embodiment of the present i. invention made in reference to Fig. 1 which illustrates the block diagram of the .
Online Registration and all its sub groups in its entirety in order to show the i) viability and process flow and needed sub groups in order to fully utilize the = present invention. uo
The present invention for the online registration 80 is a web portal system that interacts with the data center 85 which stores all information, softwares and applications including security features that interacts with the client or end-user.
The RFID 81 may be one or more of the following; RFID PC type, RFID paper type and PKI Key USB type where the clients’ details are printed and digitally stored.
The card production 82 is created to be the central card production facility where all the RFID 81 will be printed using laser technology and data encoding. The mobile POS 86 will be the medium in which RFID 81 will be tap in order to do one or more of the following; check end-user details, as an e-wallet for storage of virtual money, as official partner of various government agencies where digital biometric of the individual will be easily captured with the acknowledgement of the end-user. The Payment Gateway 83 will initiate and handle all payment or transaction activities while the Settlement and Clearing House 84 will handle
Page 8 of 19 settlements in the event payment to and from the virtual money have occurred = between the end-user and or one of the following possible entities, bank, public “= is transport, partnered merchants and the likes. Data Center 85 consist of all o hardware, softwares and applications including the database, key management = which will be connected via wired and/or wireless connectivity. ~ -
With reference to Fig. 2 it illustrates the Process Flow of the Non-Individual =
Online Registration showing the different security features, payment transactions ° and on how geo-tagging, shipping and activation of the RFID 81 to monitor, check - and authenticate based on the stored data to the data servers 85 and to the RFID 81 itself.
During initial registration for a non-individual, user will simply go to a specific website via standard browser on any mobile or computer device to access web portal 90, click the sign-up page 91, the initial sign up page will open and the user can now input the name, company name, the email account and mobile number. System will generate One-Time-Password (OTP) 92 and the system will send the OTP to the mobile number 93 of the user. The system will ask if the user received the OTP 94, if no, request for new OTP 95 will be chosen by the user and the system will again tries to send or generate OTP 92 and send the OTP to mobile i number 93, else, the user will have to enter OTP 96 assuming the user inputted the correct OTP, the continuation of the registration will be prompted to provide the following biometrics detail 97. Corresponding attachments will be needed during
Page 9 of 19 this stage like and the user will be asked to upload the data in word, jpg or any ~ other types the system recognizes. The non-individual’s address 98 will be needed @ in order to check it against the geo-mapping software, the address will be challenged for accuracy, inconsistency and transparency. The system will ask if it ~ has gained a valid geo-map 100, if no, the system will have to request the user to ~ add correct address by going to the enter address 98. Else, the system will save - data 101 and synchronize its database. Immediately after saving the data, the ~ system will send an email address to the user's via email or mobile code validation c 102. The user shall then access the information via sending the OTP or email link 7 102. The system shall be shall validate the mobile code 103. The System shall ask if the code is correct 104, if not the user will need to request/resend the code validation 105, else the system will generate unique digital number 106 that is assigned to the user. Moreover, the system shall generate QR code 107 and will also generate reference binary code as a multi-level security as well as e-mail address within the system in order to received e-receipts and other important notifications 108.
The system further ask the user if they wanted to have additional add-on functionality 109 in order to fully enjoy the features of the RFID 80. If the user opt-in, an agreement page stating the eagerness of the user to have such add- on will have to be acknowledge. The list of Add-on functionality 110 will be made available and the user needs to choose the add-on 111. Afterwards, the data of the
Page 10 of 19 user will be automatically be forwarded to the Central Card Production 112 in = order to facilitate the processing of the physical printing of the RFID 80. After = printing the system shall ask if the RFID 80 will be re-routed to the add-on facility, if yes, the add-on facility shall write the add-on functionality 114 then the RFID 80 = will be delivered to the user 115. The courier will scan the QR code upon delivery ~ and shall take a snapshot of the location for geo-tagging using the mobile : application which will also facilitate the GPS fixed position pointing 116. The user ce or the consignee shall then scan the QR code via the personal mobile device to = verify the RFID 80 details 117 finally the system shall be notified upon mobile - validation for activation of the RFID 80 or the start of the RFID 80 validity 118.
Going back to add-on functionality 109 question, if no, the system will ask if the RFID 80 will be delivered or not 119 if yes, the system will be showing the list of affiliated courier/shipping company 120, the user shall then choose the courier after careful studying of the different cost or fee/s per affiliated courier 121, after choosing, the system will trigger the payment gateway 122 and will be asking for the type of payment the user intends to pay. After paying, the system will automatically send e-receipt to the users email account as proof of the transactions, also, the copy of the e-receipt 123 will be forwarded to the courier and the Bureau of Internal Revenue as a standard reporting of financial transactions. After generating e-receipt, the system shall then proceed to central card production 112 to execute the procedure until validation of the central data center 118.
If for instance the RFID 80 will not be delivered and the user intends to pick = it up the system will ask if the RFID to be pick-up is less than 11 pcs. 124 if yes, the system will be directed to central card production 112 up to activation of the RFID > 118. If incase the RFID 80 is greater than 11 pcs. 124, the system shall ask for a n valid credit card or e-wallet number of the user 125, system checks the validity of - the credit/ e-wallet number 125, if not, the system shall ask the user for a valid _ credit card or e-wallet number again. If the credit card or e-wallet is valid the user > will be prompted to read and acknowledge the terms and conditions 127 0 governing the time limit of 7 days to pick up the RFID 80. After central card production 112, the system shall deduct applicable shipping fee from the credit card or e-wallet and deliver the RFID 80 via courier if the RFID will not be picked- up on the agreed days.
With reference to FIG. 3 it illustrates the process of Individual Online registration
While the same process flow as that of the Non-Individual Online Registration, after providing the following Biometrics details of the Company 97, the user will provide the master list of all employees’ 130 after which Provide employee’s individual Id number (SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth, GSIS, etc.) 131 the system will also require to provide the deals for digital signature, finger print and digital photo 132.
The system will then verify if all provided data matches the number of entries 133, if some data are missing the system will direct the user to provide the data from
Page 12 of 19 the master list 130, if complete the system will re-direct to the enter address 98 = and the entire online registration will commence. o
