Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an environmentally clean, highly stable, and highly adhesive primer that does not require drying. The present invention is a solventless primer obtained using an acrylic oligomer having a glass transition temperature of -25? or lower, a weight-average molecular weight of 350-2000, and a molecular weight distribution of 1.6 or less.
