Abstract

The present invention relates to a combination preparation containing clopidogrel and aspirin, and to a combination preparation which is stable and has ensured bioavailability, wherein a granule obtained by coating a clopidogrel layer with a protective layer for rapid release and a granule obtained by coating an aspirin layer with an enteric layer are filled in a capsule. The present invention prevents physical contact between clopidogrel and aspirin, which fundamentally prevents the eutectic phenomenon thereof, thereby preventing changes in the content, dissolution behavior, and bioequivalence of a preparation, in the short term, and improving stability thereof, in long term, and preventing damage to the stomach walls by coating aspirin with an enteric layer.
