CHARACTERIZED IN THAT THE STRUCTURED PASTA INCLUDES AT LEAST 30% OF LINEAR ALKYL BENZENE SULPHONATE. STAGE 1 IS CARRIED OUT BY EXTRACTING THE STRUCTURED PASTA THROUGH A MATRIX, THE PRESSURE ON THE CURRENT SIDE OF THE MATRIX BEING FROM 20 bar TO 100 bar AND TEMPERATURE OF 40�C; IN ADDITION, IT HAS A STAY STAGE OF 10 s TO 300 S AND A SPECIFIC MECHANICAL ENERGY SUPPLY OF 5 Wh / kg TO 50 Wh / kg OF THE EXTRACTED PRODUCT
