Abstract

La presente invencion describe un sistema para desmontaje y montaje de cuerpos preensamb!ados de una chancadora primaria giratoria, que comprende un conjunto de elementos que interactuan entre si, para conformar una red integrada e izar cargas de gran peso y tamano, que anteriormente no se podian realizar por resistencia de materiales, no tener herramientas y sistemas adecuados y recomendaciones de los fabricantes. En este invento se desarrolla tambien el concepto de modulo de expansion, que es una estructura que complementa a los cuerpos preensamblados, el diseno considera una base que se acopla a la cara del cuerpo superior, asi como tambien considera varios puntos de conexion, convirtiendo el cuerpo a izar mas el modulo de expansion en un solo elemento, asimismo en la parte superior se considera varios puntos de izaje para disminuir los esfuerzos concentrado y disenar una estructura mas liviana, siendo eficiente en el uso de material y no agregarle mas peso que lo necesario para la maniobra. La evaluacion de los diferentes componentes del sistema, en forma individual e integral, permiten asegurar la maniobra de cuerpos preensamblados de la chancadora primaria giratoria. Este sistema red, para desmontaje y montaje de cuerpos preensamblados, permite realizar una maniobra eficiente en el uso de materiales que permiten el izaje sin un aumento considerable del peso total de la maniobra, y toma en consideracion las caracteristicas de una red de pesca que son; resistencia, flexibilidad, maniobrable, bajo peso de componentes y eficiente.The present invention describes a system for disassembling and assembling pre-assembled bodies of a primary gyratory crusher.
