A diferencia de los metodos convencionales, el dispositivo no requiere adicion de productos quimicos externos ni altos consumos de energia, ofreciendo una alternativa autonoma, de bajo costo operativo y adaptable a distintos contextos de tratamiento de agua, con la ventaja de conjugar simplicidad estructural, durabilidad y sostenibilidad ambiental.The electrocoagulation device with parabolic solar collectors offers an innovative solution for treating contaminated water by integrating direct solar radiation and photovoltaic energy into a continuous operating system. The invention simultaneously harnesses ultraviolet radiation and the electrochemical coagulation process, enabling the efficient and sustainable removal of both microbiological contaminants and chemical compounds. Unlike conventional methods, the device requires no external chemicals or high energy consumption, offering an autonomous, low-cost alternative adaptable to various water treatment contexts, with the added advantages of combining structural simplicity, durability, and environmental sustainability.
