Abstract
Un proceso para la produccion de pastas de relleno para operaciones subterraneas, en donde dicho proceso comprende la mezcla de a) cemento; b) relaves de operaciones subterraneas; c) opcionalmente agua extra; d) al menos un eter de policarboxilato; y, e) hidroxido de calcio. La presente invencion tambien se refiere a un metodo para controlar el flujo de una pasta de relleno para operaciones subterraneas, dicho metodo comprende al menos un paso de mezclar una mezcla que comprende a) al menos un eter de policarboxilato, y b) hidroxido de calcio a una mezcla de cemento, relaves y agua. Las pastas de relleno dentro del presente contexto son pastas que se endurecen con el tiempo para formar un material solido. Especialmente, el endurecimiento de las pastas de relleno se produce a traves de un mecanismo de hidratacion del cemento y/o materiales cementosos.A process for the production of fill pastes for underground operations, wherein said process comprises mixing a) cement; b) tailings from underground operations; c) optionally extra water; d) at least one polycarboxylate ether; and, e) calcium hydroxide. The present invention also refers to a method for controlling the flow of a fill paste for underground operations, said method comprises at least one step of mixing a mixture comprising a) at least one polycarboxylate ether, and b) calcium hydroxide to a mixture of cement, tailings and water. Fillers in the present context are pastes that harden over time to form a solid material. Especially, the hardening of the filler pastes occurs through a mechanism of hydration of the cement and/or cementitious materials.
