Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un sistema y metodo de control integrado del proceso de lixiviacion en pilas, que permite automatizar las operaciones y optimizar la eficiencia de extraccion y luego la recuperacion de los metales de interes contenidos en ella, sobre la base de criterios de irrigacion hidraulica uniforme y de prediccion del comportamiento hidrodinamico e hidrometalurgico del lecho de minerales en el tiempo. La invencion permite ademas reducir costos operacionales y de mantenimiento de las operaciones, asi como tambien incrementar la seguridad laboral, al generar y asegurar condiciones de operaciones mas seguras.The present invention refers to an integrated control system and method of the heap leaching process, which allows to automate operations and optimize the extraction efficiency and then the recovery of the metals of interest contained therein, based on criteria of Uniform hydraulic irrigation and prediction of the hydrodynamic and hydrometallurgical behavior of the mineral bed over time. The invention also allows reducing operational and maintenance costs of operations, as well as increasing occupational safety, by generating and ensuring safer operating conditions.
