Abstract
Unidad motora energizado por corrientes de aire y/o agua, que permite la captacion de la energia cinetica de estos fluidos en movimiento natural, desde bajas hasta relativas altas velocidades, fluidos tales como las aguas de los rios, o de las corrientes submarinas, o de las olas del mar, o del aire, sin que importe la permanencia de una determinada direccion de estas corrientes. La principal caracteristica de funcionamiento de estas unidades motoras es la de adecuar su diseno para captar la energia cinetica de los fluidos de acuerdo a sus caracteristicas de movimiento, mediante motores que, girando en un solo sentido, o en sentidos contrarios suman sus torques, por ejemplo, el de corrientes de aire horizontales omnidireccionales.
