Abstract
Referido a un metodo in vitro para la prevencion de la reduccion de un enlace disulfuro en un polipeptido expresado en una celula huesped recombinante, que comprende, despues de la fermentacion, agregar selenito, sus sales o derivados, a una solucion de recoleccion de la celula huesped recombinante, en donde el enlace disulfuro en el polipeptido permanece no reducido. En donde el polipeptido comprende un anticuerpo, y en donde la celula huesped comprende una celula eucariota, mas especificamente una celula de mamifero.
