Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un equipo para la evaluacion de la resistencia mecanica de materiales en funcion del control de la temperatura (desde temperatura de ambiente hasta 1500°C) y la atmosfera (reductora, oxidante, inerte, humeda, seca, etc.). En la industria existen una gran cantidad de materiales sometidos a esfuerzos mecanicos que podrian llevarlos a un estado de deformacion estacionario (fluencia) o en el peor de los casos a la fractura catastrofica, por este motivo se ha disenado la presente invencion la cual comprende al menos un horno de alta temperatura capaz de ser configurado desde la temperatura de ambiente hasta un rango entre 1300°C y 1600°C, un sistema de desplazamiento del horno, un sistema de bridas para asegurar la estanqueidad con un suministro de gases y liquidos de refrigeracion y un sistema porta muestras de facil uso, que en conjunto permiten medir la resistencia mecanica en funcion del control de la temperatura y atmosfera.The present invention refers to equipment for evaluating the mechanical resistance of materials as a function of temperature control (from room temperature to 1500 ° C) and the atmosphere (reducing, oxidizing, inert, humid, dry, etc. ).
