La presente invencion se refiere al procesamiento de riles provenientes de descarga, bombeo y/o procesamiento de peces, pero tambien otros recursos acuaticos tales como moluscos y crustaceos u otros recursos terrestres tales como bovinos, aves y porcinos, utilizando una formulacion floculante en base a una arcilla tipo montmorillonita quimicamente modificada.
