Abstract
El objetivo de la invencion es proporcionar un sistema tecnologico para pasteurizacion de fluidos alimenticios, dicho sistema esta compuesto por 4 subsistemas: a) un subsistema de captacion de energia no permanente de baja potencia b) un subsistema de calentamiento de alta potencia c) un sistema de almacenamiento de energia y d) un subsistema de provision energetica al proceso productivo de pasteurizacion o tratamiento termico. Estos subsistemas se encuentran compuestos por componentes sencillos que hacen que el costo del sistema, sea considerablemente menor a sistemas comerciales disponibles en el mercado, pero, que a la vez, es capaz de alcanzar las mismas prestaciones de confiablidad y controlThe objective of the invention is to provide a technological system for pasteurization of food fluids, said system is composed of 4 subsystems: a) a low power non-permanent energy capture subsystem b) a high power heating subsystem c) a system energy storage and d) an energy supply subsystem to the production process of pasteurization or heat treatment. These subsystems are made up of simple components that make the cost of the system considerably lower than commercial systems available in the market, but which, at the same time, is capable of achieving the same reliability and control features.
