THE EVOLUTION OF THE PRESSURE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE INTERIOR OF THE CONTAINER AND SAID INTERNAL SPACE IS OBSERVED BY MONITORING THE LEVEL OF BULKING OF THE SECTION OF THE PACKAGING FILM INTERCALATED BETWEEN THE RIGID ELEMENT AND THE COMPARTMENT. THE DEVICE INCLUDES: i) THE RIGID ELEMENT MADE OF TWO MAIN EXTERNAL SURFACES SEPARATED BY THE THICKNESS OF THE ELEMENT, AND INCLUDES AT LEAST ONE HOLE THAT ALLOWS THE PASSAGE OF FLUID FROM THE FIRST MAIN SURFACE TO THE OTHER; AND, ii) A MEASUREMENT COMPARTMENT THAT INCLUDES AN INTERNAL SPACE WITH A SUCTION OPENING WHOSE PERIMETER FITS IN THE PERIMETER OF THE RIGID ELEMENT, AND IS PROVIDED WITH A DRILLING DEVICE
