ASI MISMO EN EL EJE CENTRAL DEL ROTOR ENTRE EL PINON Y EL SOPORTE DEL GENERADOR EXISTEN PINONES FIJOS AL EJE EN CORRESPONDENCIA CON LOS DE LA PALETA, ESTANDO DICHOS PINONES UBICADOS EN EL EJE DE LAS PALETAS AL DOBLE DE DIAMETRO DEL EJE CENTRAL DEL ROTOR, DE MANERA QUE PERMITE QUE EL 50% DEL AREA DE LAS PALETAS PRESENTEN RESISTENCIA AL EMPUJE DEL AGUA Y EL OTRO 50% DE SU AREA EXPUESTA ES MINIMAWHICH INCLUDES A ROTOR IN THE SHAPE OF A REEL DRIVEN BY BLADES DISTRIBUTED EQUIDISTANTLY IN A RADIAL FORM BETWEEN THE PINIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE ROTOR SHAFT, THOSE WHICH TRANSMIT THE FORCE OF THE HORIZONTAL PUSHING OF THE WATER THROUGH THE EFFECT OF THE GETTING TOGETHER. ACHIEVING THIS DUE TO THE SYNCHRONIZED TRANSMISSION BETWEEN THE ROTOR AND THE PADDLES, BECAUSE THE PADDLE SHAFT PROJECTS OUT THROUGH THE EXTERNAL PART OF THE ROTOR PINIONS AND IN ADDITION, SUCH PADS HAVE A SYNCHRONIC PINION OR PULLEY AT THEIR ENDS. ALSO IN THE CENTRAL AXIS OF THE ROTOR BETWEEN THE PINION AND THE SUPPORT OF THE GENERATOR THERE ARE PINIONS FIXED TO THE SHAFT CORRESPONDING TO THOSE OF THE PADDLE, SUCH PINIONS BEING LOCATED ON THE AXIS OF THE PADDLES AT DOUBLE DIAMETER OF THE CENTRAL AXLE OF THE ROTOR, OF A WAY THAT ALLOWS 50% OF THE AREA OF THE PADDLES TO PRESENT RESISTANCE TO WATER PUSH AND THE OTHER 50% OF ITS EXPOSED AREA IS MINIMUM
