QUE COMPRENDE: a) COMBINAR, EN UN RECIPIENTE AGITADO Y AIREADO, UNA MUESTRA DE MINERAL CON UN CULTIVO BACTERIAL MATRIZ QUE INCLUYE 10% VOLUMEN/VOLUMEN DE UNA MUESTRA LECHOSA DE INOCULO MATRIZ A UN VOLUMEN DE SOLUCION NUTRIENTE; b) AUMENTAR EL VOLUMEN DE LA MUESTRA MINERAL Y EL INOCULO COMBINADOS A UN NIVEL DESEADO, UNA VEZ QUE LAS BACTERIAS DE LA SOLUCION COMBINADA ALCANZAN UN NIVEL DE 108 CELULAS/mL, TRANSFIRIENDO EL LIQUIDO A UN RECIPIENTE MAYOR CON LA ADICION DE AGUA O SOLUCION NUTRIENTE NECESARIA; Y, c) UTILIZAR EL AUMENTO DE VOLUMEN DE LAS BACTERIAS EN LA LIXIVIACION DE UNA MENA O CONCENTRADO.
