EL METODO PARA ESTA PRUEBA COMPRENDE: i) PROPORCIONAR UN APARATO PARA MEDIR LA RESISTENCIA A LA RODADURA DE UN SUBSTRATO; ii) REGULAR DICHO PESO OSCILANTE EN MOVIMIENTO PENDULAR; iii) MEDIR LA AMPLITUD DEL MOVIMIENTO DEL PESO OSCILANTE DURANTE UN PERIODO DE TIEMPO SUFICIENTE PARA DETERMINAR EL REGIMEN DE AMORTIGUACION DE DICHO SUBSTRATO; Y iv) CORRELACIONAR EL REGIMEN DE AMORTIGUACION DE DICHO SUBSTRATO CON LA RESISTENCIA A LA RODADURA DEL SUBSTRATOBY MEANS OF AN APPARATUS THAT INCLUDES: a) A ROLLING DEVICE TO CONTACT IN A ROLLED FORM A SURFACE TO BE MEASURED; b) AN ARM ATTACHED TO THE DEVICE; c) AN INTEGRAL OSCILLATING WEIGHT WITH OR ATTACHED TO SAID ARM; AND d) A MEASURING DEVICE PLACED CLOSE TO THE CLEARANCE TO MEASURE THE LOCATION OF THE OSCILLATING WEIGHT IN RELATION TO THE ROLLING DEVICE. THE METHOD FOR THIS TEST INCLUDES: i) PROVIDE AN APPARATUS TO MEASURE THE ROLLING RESISTANCE OF A SUBSTRATE; ii) REGULATE SAID OSCILLATING WEIGHT IN PENDULAR MOVEMENT; iii) MEASURE THE AMPLITUDE OF THE MOVEMENT OF THE OSCILLATING WEIGHT DURING A SUFFICIENT PERIOD OF TIME TO DETERMINE THE CUSHIONING REGIME OF SAID SUBSTRATE; AND iv) CORRELATING THE CUSHIONING REGIME OF SAID SUBSTRATE WITH THE ROLLING RESISTANCE OF THE SUBSTRATE
