Abstract

The present invention provides a railway common flat wagon, which comprises a chassis component, a container locking device, and a plurality of column components, wherein the chassis component is provided with a bearing surface, and the container locking device is disposed on the bearing surface along an edge of the chassis component and is connected to the chassis component; the plurality of the column components are disposed at an edge of the bearing surface and connected to the chassis component. The railway common flat wagon provided by the invention can prevent cargo from falling off more effectively by providing the plurality of column components on the chassis component, and especially when the railway common flat wagon is used to transport cargos with a relatively large length, for example logs and steels, the arrangement of the plurality of column components improves the stability of the cargos placed on the bearing surface; arranging the plurality of container locking devices on the chassis component ensures reliability of the railway common flat wagon transporting a container, prevents the container from tipping over, thereby enhancing safety of the railway common flat wagon and improving transportation efficiency of the railway common flat wagon.

RAILWAY COMMON FLAT WAGON
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of railway transportation, in particular to a railway common fiat wagon.
BACKGROUND
[0002] At present, a railway fiat wagon commonly used in China mainly includes a container-specific fiat wagon and a railway common fiat wagon. Among them, the more commonly used models of the railway common fiat wagon include NX70 and NX70A, where the NX70 railway common fiat wagon has a relatively large length, with the length of the NX70 railway common fiat wagon being about 16 meters, and can transport one 40 ft international standard container or two 20ft international standard containers, and altematively, can transport 45ft, 48ft, 50ft non-standard containers, and additionally, it can also directly transport building materîals, automobiles, machinery and other goods.
[0003] However, when the existing railway common fiat wagon is used for transporting cargos with larger length, such as logs and steels, the cargos are liable to fall off due to the limited length and the limited bearing area of the existing railway common fiat wagon and low protection strength of the cargo protection device installed on the existing railway common fiat wagon, resulting in low transportation efficiency and safety of the existing railway common fiat wagon.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OFTHE EMBODIMENTS
[0030] In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of the existing railway common fiat-car transportation, an embodiment of the présent invention provides a railway common fiat wagon including a châssis component, a container locking device and a plurality of column components. By providing the container locking device and the column component connected with the châssis component, the safety and transportation efficiency of the railway common fiat wagon transportation cargos are improved.

[0034] In the present embodiment, the plurality of column components 300 are disposed at edges of the bearing surface 110, and the column components 300 serve to protect cargos placed on the bearing surface 110 from falling off. On the basis of the above embodiment, since the length of the bearing surface 110 of the railway common flat wagon is longer than that of the existing railway common fiat wagon, an arrangement of the plurality of column components 300 can ensure the safety during cargo transportation. Specifïcally, the column components 300 may be configured as an H-shaped mechanism, a rectangular parailelepiped structure or a hollow rectangular parallelepiped mechanism. The column components 300 are further provided with a lifting hole 330 for lifting and the lifting hole 330 may be a circular hole or a square hole. In this embodiment, the column components 300 are connected to the châssis component 100, and connection between the column component 300 and the châssis component 100 can be achieved by various modes, for example boit connection, direct welding, clamping connection, clamping connection in combination with screw connection, clamping connection in combination with welding connection, plugging connection, plugging connection in combination with screw connection, or plugging connection in combination with welding connection.

Specifically, the container locking device 200 may be configured as a fixed type container lock, a lifting type container lock, or a flip type container lock. The side beam component 150 includes two side beams 154. The vehicle distance is a “center distance of two vehicie center plates”, which refers to a horizontal distance between center lines of two center plates of a vehicle châssis. Because the size of the vehicle distance directly affects the safety and stability of the vehicle travelling on the track: when the vehicle distance is too large, it will increase an internai offset of the vehicle, reduce an effective width of the vehicle body and increase a deflection of the vehicle, thereby needing to improve a design strength of the vehicle. Therefore, the center beam 141 and the side beam 154 in the present embodiment are ail made of hot-rolled H-shaped Steel having a section height of at least 630 mm, thereby improving an overall stîffness of the railway common fiat wagon by improving bending deformation résistance of the center beam 141 and the side beam 154.

Preferably, the floor laid on the bearing surface 110 is a Steel floor. In the present embodiment, the strength of the bearing surface 110 is improved by laying a Steel floor on the bearing surface 110, thereby ensuring the stability of the railway common fiat wagon while transporting cargos. In addition, the railway common fiat wagon provided in the present embodiment is further provided with a châssis accessory, and the châssis accessory includes a pipe hanging seat, a brake cylinder hanging seat, an auxiliary air cylinder hanging seat, a distribution valve hanging seat, a gearbox mounting seat, etc., which are below the châssis component 100 and connected to the châssis component 100.
[0040] Further, the side beam component 150 further includes a plurality of column seats, the number of the column seats being equal to the number of the column components 300, and the column components 300 are plugged in the column seats. As shown in FIG. 4, the side beam component 150 includes two side beams 154 and a plurality of column seats. The plurality of column seats are symmetrically disposed on the two side beams 154 and connected to the two side beams 154, and the plurality of column seats are arranged along the length direction of the side beams 154, and are used to fix the column components 300. Specifically, the number of the

In addition, the column components 300 can be connected to the column seats by welding. In the present embodiment, the arrangement of the column seats improves the stability ofthe column components 300, enhances protection capability of the railway common fiat wagon, and more effectîvely avoids falling of the cargos placed on the bearing surface 110.

The first column seat 151 includes two vertical plates arranged in parallel with each other and four horizontal plates arranged in parallel with each other, wherein the four horizontal plates are evenly arranged along a height direction of the vertical plates and connected to the two vertical plates by for example welding. As shown in FIG. 6, the second column seat 152 is disposed in the middle of the châssis component 100. The second column seat 152 includes two vertical plates disposed in parallel with each other, four horizontal plates disposed in parallel with each other, and two reinforcing ribs 153, wherein the four horizontal plates are evenly arranged along a height direction of the two vertical plates and connected to the two vertical plates, and the two reinforcing ribs 153 are located below the bottom horizontal plate and connected with the bottom horizontal plate, and connection between the horizontal plate and the vertical plate and connection between the reinforcing rips the 153 and horizontal plates may be achieved by welding.

By welding the reinforcing plate 320 between the two side plates of the H-shaped Steel, the rigidity of the column 310 is further improved, thereby improving an overall bending deformation résistance ability of the column component 300.

As shown in FIG. 10, when the railway common fiat wagon transports other cargos such as logs 900, the plurality of flip type container locks are tumed over into the mounting holes, and such an arrangement ensures flatness of the bearing surface 110 and increases the transportation space, thereby increasing an efficiency of transportation while ensuring safety of the railway common fiat wagons when transporting cargos such as logs.

    1. A railway common fiat wagon, comprising:
    a châssis component, a container locking device, and a plurality of column components, wherein the châssis component is provided with a bearing surface, and the container locking device is disposed on the bearing surface along an edge of the châssis component and is connected to the châssis component; the plurality of column components are disposed at an edge of the bearing surface and connected to the châssis component.
  2. 2. The railway common fiat wagon according to claim l, wherein the carrying surface is provided with a Steel floor.

The railway common fiat wagon according to claim l, wherein the châssis component is arranged as a rectangular frame structure, and the châssis component comprises an end beam component, a bolster beam component, a center beam component, a side beam component and a cross beam component that are welded together.
  4. 4. The railway common fiat wagon according to claim 3, wherein the side beam component comprises a plurality of column seats, the number of the column seats is equal to the number of the column components, and the column components are plugged in the column seats.
  5. 5. The railway common fiat wagon according to claim l, wherein the column components comprise a column and a reinforcing plate, and the column is welded to the rein forcing plate.
  6. 6. The railway common fiat wagon according to claim 5, wherein the column is provided as a H-shaped Steel, and the reinforcing plate is welded between two side plates of the H-shaped Steel.
  7. 7. The railway common fiat wagon according to claim l or 6, wherein the number of the column components is at least 14.

The railway common fiat wagon according to claim l, wherein the railway common fiat wagon further comprises a traction hook, a brake device, an upper center plate, a bogie and a coupler buffer device that are connected to the châssis component, wherein the traction hook is provided on a side of the châssis component; the brake device is disposed at a bottom of the châssis component; the upper center plate is disposed at a bottom of the châssis component, the bogie is connected to the upper center plate; the number of the coupler buffer devices is two, and the two coupler buiTer devices are respectively disposed at two ends of the châssis component.
