[Background Art]
Generally, a fishing net like a fish pot is installed in the sea so as to catch fish from the sea, and next, the fish is introduced into the fishing net and is thus caught. Otherwise, fish is caught by means of a fishing net thrown into the sea from a boat and moving together with the beat.
In case of the method wherein the fishing net like a fish pot is installed in the sea so as to catch fish from the sea.
a three-dimensional fishing net like a triangular prism fishing net has been used from a long time ago so as to collect fish like flatfish or sea breams, but such fishing net used to collect a relatively large amount of fish has a huge volume and a substantially high height.
Because of the huge size of the conventional fishing net for collecting the fish like flatfish or sea breams, accordingly, it is inconvénient to install the fishing net into the sea, and after installed, further, a large number of sea plants may be attached to the fishing net to cause the fishing net to become substantially heavy, so that it is very hard to draw the fishing net from the sea for its maintenance.
Also, it is expected that a large amount of fish will be collected in the conventional fishing net by means of the huge size of the conventional fishing net, but according to the results of the uses of the conventional fishing net up to now, a large amount of fish is not collected in the fishing net. Therefore, the simple incrément in size of the fishing net causes many inconveniences in use and further has no benefits.

The fish induction holes 12b are kept in a horizontal State in the sea by means of fixing straps 14 connected to the circular frames 12a on the opposite sides to the entrances thereof.
H
Now, an explanation on a method of installing the triangular fishing net connected to the fish pots 12 in the sea and using the same will be given.
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the use State wherein the fish pots are connected to the triangular fishing net according to the présent invention.
As shown in FIG.4, if the triangular fishing net is pushed into the sea in the state where the fish pots 12 are connected to the fish pot connection openings 3a, 3b, and 3c, it is kept to a given height by means of the fish pot connection openings 3a, 3b, and 3c. Through the fishing net fixing means 6 connected to the fish pot connection openings 3a, 3b, and 3c, next, the fishing net fixing ropes 6a and the connection ropes 6b are extended long from the respective vertexes of the triangular fishing net, and if the fishing net fixing anchors 6c are fixedly located at the bottom of the sea, the triangular fishing net can be· fixed to the bottom of the sea, while maintaining the shape of the three-dimensional triangular fishing net.
If so, fish is naturally induced toward the induction net 5 from both sides of the induction fishing net 11 and is collected to the interior of the triangular fishing net through the fish introduction hole 4 connected to the induction net 5. Next, the fish collected in the triangular fishing net cannot escape from the triangular fishing net because the fish introduction hole 4 is reduced in size toward the interior of the triangular fishing net.
After that, the fish collected in the triangular fishing net through the fish introduction hole 4 is moved and collected to the fish pots 12 through the fish pot connection openings 3a, 3b, and 3c disposed on the vertexes of the triangular fishing net, but because the entrances of the fish
J2 induction holes 12b of the fish pots 12 are gradually reduced, the fish moving continuously to the insides of the fish pots 12 through the fish induction holes 12 cannot escape from the fish pots 12. After a given period of time elapses, accordingly, the fish pots 12 are separated from the triangular fishing net and the tied end portions of the nets of the fish pots 12 are untied to collect the fish in the fish pots 12.
On the other hand, so as to check a position of the triangular fishing net when the triangular fishing net is installed at the bottom of the sea, a float rope 10a is connected to the top of the induction net 5 and a float 10b is disposed at an end of the float rope 10. As a resuit, the float rope 10a is raised from the sea by means of the float 10b, and thus, the float 10b is located on the surface of the sea, so that the position of the triangular fishing net can be recognized.
While the present invention has been described with reference to the particular iLlustrative embodiments, it is not to be restricted by the embodiments but only by the appended daims. It is to be appreciated that those skilled in the art can change or modify the embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention.
