Abstract

Disclosed are a method and apparatus for sending express delivery information, a storage medium, and an express delivery locker. The method for sending express delivery information includes the following. A delivery platform obtains an express waybill identification code. The delivery platform sends a first target mobile phone number acquisition instruction containing the express waybill identification code to a logistics information sharing platform. The delivery platform determines whether it has received a target mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code, where the target mobile phone number is obtained by the logistics information sharing platform based on the express waybill identification code, and if the logistics information sharing platform successfully obtains the type, then it returns the obtained target mobile phone number to the delivery platform. Description

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SENDING EXPRESS DELIVERY INFORMATION, STORAGE MEDIUM, AND EXPRESS DELIVERY LOCKER TECHNICAL FIELD Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to information forwarding technology, and more particularly relate to a method and apparatus for sending express delivery information, a storage medium, and an express delivery locker.
BACKGROUND When a courier uses a smart locker to deliver a parcel, he needs to scan the waybill number and enter the recipient’s target mobile phone number. Typically, the courier needs to enter the recipient’s target mobile phone number twice at the locker terminal to ensure that the recipient’s target mobile phone number is accurate. In spite of this, there is still a certain chance that the courier may incorrectly enter the recipient’s target mobile phone number in the actual operation.
If the target mobile phone number is entered incorrectly, then the short message containing the pickup code cannot be sent correctly, resulting in overtime storage of the parcel, consumer complaints, and increased courier delivery costs. In another aspect, that the courier entering the recipient’s target mobile phone number at the locker terminal will also increase the delivery time, reduce the delivery efficiency, and increase the courier’s workload.
SUMMARY The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for sending express delivery information, a storage medium, and an express delivery locker, thereby improving the delivery efficiency and preventing the target mobile phone number from being incorrectly entered thus resulting in the failure of the transmission of the delivery order information.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for sending express delivery information, the method including: obtaining, by a delivery platform, an express waybill identification code; sending, by the delivery platform, a first target mobile phone number acquisition instruction to a logistics information sharing platform, the first target mobile phone number acquisition instruction including the express waybill identification code; determining, by the delivery platform, whether it receives the target mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code, the target mobile phone number being obtained by the logistics information sharing platform based on the express waybill identification code and returned to the delivery platform by the logistics information sharing platform, where if the logistics information sharing platform successfully obtains the target mobile phone number, then it will send the target mobile phone number to the delivery platform, otherwise if the logistics information sharing platform fails to obtain the target mobile phone number, then it will return a message to the delivery platform indicating that the logistics information sharing platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number; and in response to receiving the target mobile phone number, sending, by the delivery platform, the delivery information to the target mobile phone number.
Further, in one embodiment according to the present disclosure, the method further includes the following operations subsequent to the operation that if the logistics information sharing platform fails to obtain the target mobile phone number, it returns the message to the delivery platform indicating that the logistics information sharing platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number: receiving, by the delivery platform, the message indicating that the logistics information sharing platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number; based on the received message that the logistics information sharing platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number, sending, by the delivery platform, a second target mobile phone number acquisition instruction to an e-commerce platform associated with the express waybill identification code, the second target mobile phone number acquisition instruction including the express waybill identification code; and determining, by the delivery platform, whether it has received the target mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code, the target mobile phone number being obtained by the e-commerce platform based on the express waybill identification code and returned to the delivery platform by the e-commerce platform, where if the e-commerce platform successfully obtains the target mobile phone number, then it will send the target mobile phone number to the delivery platform, otherwise if the e-commerce platform fails to obtain the target mobile phone number, then it will return a message to the delivery platform indicating that the e-commerce platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number.
Further, in one embodiment according to the present disclosure, the method further includes the following operations subsequent to the operation that if the e-commerce platform fails to obtain the target mobile phone number, it returns the message to the delivery platform indicating that the e-commerce platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number: receiving, by the delivery platform, the message indicating that the e-commerce platform associated with the express waybill identification code has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number; based on the received message that the e-commerce platform associated with the express waybill identification code has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number, sending, by the delivery platform, a third target mobile phone number acquisition instruction to a logistics platform associated with the express waybill identification code, the third target mobile phone number acquisition instruction including the express waybill identification code; and determining, by the delivery platform, whether it receives the target mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code, the target mobile phone number being obtained by the logistics platform based on the express waybill identification code and returned to the delivery platform by the logistics platform, where if the logistics platform successfully obtains the target mobile phone number, then it will send the target mobile phone number to the delivery platform, otherwise if the logistics platform fails to obtain the target mobile phone number, then it will return a message to the delivery platform indicating that the logistics platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number.
Further, in one embodiment according to the present disclosure, the method further includes the following operations subsequent to the operation of receiving by the delivery platform the message indicating that the logistics platform associated with the express waybill identification code has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number; based on the message that the logistics platform associated with the waybill has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number, sending, by the delivery platform, a prompt to the deliveryman to manually enter the target mobile phone number; and receiving, by the delivery platform, the target mobile phone number entered by the deliveryman.
Further, in one embodiment according to the present disclosure, the method further includes the following operations subsequent to the delivery platform obtaining the express waybill identification code: obtaining information of the e-commerce platform associated with the express waybill identification code and information of the logistics platform to which the express waybill identification code belongs.
Further, in one embodiment according to the present disclosure, the method further includes the following operations while the delivery platform sends the delivery information to the obtained target mobile phone number: pushing, by the delivery platform, the delivery information to the logistics information sharing platform, the e-commerce platform, and/or the logistics platform.
Further, in one embodiment according to the present disclosure, the delivery information may include a delivery complete message or a parcel retention message.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an apparatus for sending express delivery information, the apparatus including: an express waybill identification module, used to obtain an express waybill identification code; a first instruction sending module configured to send a first target mobile phone number acquisition instruction to a logistics information sharing platform, the first target mobile phone number acquisition instruction including the express waybill identification code; a first determination module configured to determine whether it receives the target mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code, the target mobile phone number being obtained by the logistics information sharing platform based on the express waybill identification code and returned to the first determination module by the logistics information sharing platform, where if the logistics information sharing platform successfully obtains the target mobile phone number, then it will send the target mobile phone number to the first determination module, otherwise if the logistics information sharing platform fails to obtain the target mobile phone number, then it will return a message to the first determination module indicating that the logistics information sharing platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number; and a delivery information sending module configured to send delivery information to the target mobile phone number received by the first determination module.
In a third aspect, an embodiment according to the present disclosure further provides a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor are configured to perform any of the foregoing methods for sending express delivery information.
In a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an express delivery locker, which includes: one or more processors; and a memory, configured to store one or more programs; where the one or more programs when executed by the one or more processors cause the one or more processors to perform any of the foregoing methods for sending express delivery information.
According to this disclosure, the target mobile phone number is directly obtained from the logistics information sharing platform, the e-commerce platform, or the logistics platform by communicating with the logistics information sharing platform, the e-commerce platform, or the logistics platform. On the one hand, this solves the problem that the courier needs to frequently enter and confirm the target mobile phone number, and on the other hand, it solves the problem that the logistics information cannot be normally sent to the user when the logistics information sharing platform fails to obtain the target mobile phone number. Thus, it achieves the effect of obtaining the target mobile phone number through multiple channels and reducing the rate of failure of obtaining the target mobile phone number. It also improves the efficiency of delivery and prevents the target mobile phone number from being incorrectly entered resulting in the failure of transmission of the delivery information.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION The technical solutions in accordance with the present disclosure will now be described below in greater detail in connection with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It can be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely used to explain the present disclosure, rather than limiting the present disclosure. It is further noted that the embodiments described herein represent merely a part rather than all of the embodiments in accordance with the present disclosure. All other embodiments obtained by a person having ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments disclosed herein without making creative efforts shall all fall in the scope of protection of the present disclosure.

Embodiment 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for sending express delivery information according to Embodiment 1 of the present disclosure. The method for sending express delivery information in this embodiment may specifically include the following operations.
In 202, the delivery platform obtains an express waybill identification code.
In particular, the delivery platform may be an express delivery locker, a logistics station operating terminal, or a courier’s handheld delivery terminal. In this embodiment, the express waybill identification code may be a digital string code, a bar code, or a two-dimensional code (QR code) printed on an express waybill. The delivery platform may obtain the express waybill identification code by the following methods: the deliveryman may manually enter the identification code or may use a smart terminal to scan and identify the digital string code, bar code or QR code on the express waybill.
In 204, the delivery platform sends a first target mobile phone number acquisition instruction to a logistics information sharing platform, the first target mobile phone number acquisition instruction including the express waybill identification code.
The logistics information sharing platform is a platform on which multiple logistics companies share information, such as Cainiao Network®. The target mobile phone number in this embodiment is the user’s mobile phone number corresponding to the current express waybill identification code.
In 206, the delivery platform determines whether it has received the target mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code, where the target mobile phone number is obtained by the logistics information sharing platform based on the express waybill identification code and returned to the delivery platform by the logistics information sharing platform. If the logistics information sharing platform successfully obtains the target mobile phone number, then it sends the target mobile phone number to the delivery platform, otherwise if the logistics information sharing platform fails to obtain the target mobile phone number, then it will return a message to the delivery platform indicating that the logistics information sharing platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number.
In particular, the logistics information sharing platform receives the first target mobile phone number acquisition instruction sent by the delivery platform, and then obtains the target mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code. If the target mobile phone number is successfully obtained, the target mobile phone number would be returned to the delivery platform. Otherwise If the acquisition of the target mobile phone number fails, the logistics information sharing platform would return a message to the delivery platform indicating that the acquisition of the target mobile phone number has failed. Then the delivery platform receives from the logistics information sharing platform the target mobile phone number or the message that the target mobile phone number fails to be obtained. The delivery platform further determines whether the information returned by the logistics information sharing platform is the information of the target mobile phone number.
In 208, in response to receiving the target mobile phone number, the delivery platform sends the delivery information to the target mobile phone number.
If the information returned from the logistics information sharing platform and received by the delivery platform is the information of the target mobile phone number, then the delivery platform would send the delivery information to the target mobile phone number. The delivery information may include a delivery complete message or a parcel retention message.
According to the technical solution of this embodiment, by connecting with the logistics information sharing platform, the express waybill identification code is transmitted to the logistics information sharing platform after it is obtained, and the logistics information sharing platform is let to directly return the user’s target mobile phone number. Thus, the courier does not need to manually enter the target mobile phone number to send the package delivery information to the user. This solves the problem that the courier needs to frequently enter and confirm the target mobile phone number, and also improves the efficiency of delivery and prevents the target mobile phone number from being incorrectly entered resulting in the failure of transmission of the delivery information.
In an alternative embodiment, the method may further include the following operations after the delivery platform obtains the express waybill identification code: obtaining the information of the e-commerce platform associated with the express waybill identification code and the information of the logistics platform to which the express waybill belongs. The method may further include the following operations while the delivery platform sends the delivery information to the obtained target mobile phone number: pushing the delivery information to the logistics information sharing platform; and pushing the delivery information to the e-commerce platform associated with the express waybill identification code and to the logistics company to which the express waybill belongs, according to the information of the e-commerce platform associated with the express waybill identification code and the information of the logistics platform to which the express waybill belongs. According to the technical solution of this alternative embodiment, the delivery information is simultaneously pushed to the logistics information sharing platform, the e-commerce platform, or the logistics platform while it is being sent to the user, which solves the problem that the delivery information is not synchronized. On the one hand, this achieves the effect of synchronizing delivery information in a timely manner; on the other hand, it also allows users to obtain the delivery information through multiple channels, reducing the occurrence where users miss out on delivery information.
Embodiment 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for sending express delivery information according to Embodiment 2 of the present disclosure. Compared with Embodiment 1, the method for sending express delivery information according to this embodiment further includes the following operations.
In 402, the delivery platform receives a message indicating that the logistics information sharing platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number.
In 404, the delivery platform sends a second target mobile phone number acquisition instruction to the e-commerce platform associated with the express waybill identification code according to the received message indicating that the logistics information sharing platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number, where the second target mobile phone number acquisition instruction includes the express waybill identification code.
The e-commerce platform is an e-commerce platform that cooperates with a logistics company.
The courier associated with the e-commerce platform may have an express waybill identification code with a designated number segment. Therefore, by identifying the express waybill identification code, the information of the e-commerce platform associated with the express waybill identification code may be obtained, and the user’s mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code can be obtained according to the information of the associated e-commerce platform.
In 406, the delivery platform determines whether it has received the target mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code, the target mobile phone number being obtained by the e-commerce platform based on the express waybill identification code and returned to the delivery platform by the e-commerce platform. If the e-commerce platform successfully obtains the target mobile phone number, then it will send the target mobile phone number to the delivery platform, otherwise if the e-commerce platform fails to obtain the target mobile phone number, then it will return a message to the delivery platform indicating that the e-commerce platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number.

According to the technical solution of this embodiment, the e-commerce platform or the logistics platform is further connected to after connecting with the logistics information sharing platform. As such, after the logistics information sharing platform fails to obtain the target mobile phone number, the express waybill identification code is sent to the e-commerce platform or logistics platform, which returns the user’s target mobile phone number. Similarly, the courier will be able to send the package delivery information to the user without needing to enter the target mobile phone number. On the one hand, this solves the problem that the courier needs to frequently enter and confirm the target mobile phone number, and on the other hand, it solves the problem that the logistics information cannot be normally sent to the user when the logistics information sharing platform fails to obtain the target mobile phone number. Thus, it achieves the effect of obtaining the target mobile phone number through multiple channels and reducing the rate of failure of obtaining the target mobile phone number.

In 602, the delivery platform receives the message indicating that the logistics platform associated with the express waybill identification code has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number.
In 604, based on the message that the logistics platform associated with the waybill has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number, the delivery platform sends a prompt to the deliveryman to manually enter the target mobile phone number.
The deliveryman may manually enter the target mobile phone number at an express delivery locker, an operating terminal in a logistics station, or at his hand-held delivery terminal. A prompt for manually entering the target mobile phone number may specifically be an information push notification, or may be directly popping up a target mobile phone number entering interface on the express delivery locker, the operating terminal in the logistics station, or the deliveryman’s hand-held delivery terminal.
In 606, the delivery platform sends the delivery information to the manually entered target mobile phone number.
According to the technical solution of this embodiment, the means of manually entering the target mobile phone number is further configured on basis of the foregoing embodiments, thus solving the problem that information cannot be sent in the cases where the logistics information sharing platform, the e-commerce platform, or the logistics platform fails to obtain the target mobile phone number, and ensuring that the user receives at least one piece of delivery information.
Embodiment 4 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus 4 for sending express delivery information according to Embodiment 4 of the present disclosure. The apparatus 4 for sending express delivery information in this embodiment may specifically include the following an express waybill identification module 41, a first instruction sending module 42, a first determination module 43, and a delivery information sending module 44.
The express waybill identification module 41 is configured to obtain an express waybill identification code.
The first instruction sending module 42 is configured to send a first target mobile phone number acquisition instruction to a logistics information sharing platform 42, where the first target mobile phone number acquisition instruction includes the express waybill identification code.
The first determination module 43 is configured to determine whether it receives the target mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code, the target mobile phone number being obtained by the logistics information sharing platform based on the express waybill identification code and returned to the first determination module 43 by the logistics information sharing platform. If the logistics information sharing platform successfully obtains the target mobile phone number, then it will send the target mobile phone number to the first determination module 43. The second instruction sending module 56 is configured to send a second target mobile phone number acquisition instruction to the e-commerce platform associated with the express waybill identification code according to the message that is received by the determination module and that indicates that the logistics information sharing platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number, where the second target mobile phone number acquisition instruction includes the express waybill identification code.
The second determination module 57 is configured to determine whether it receives the target mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code, the target mobile phone number being obtained by the e-commerce platform based on the express waybill identification code and returned to the second determination module 57 by the e-commerce platform. If the e-commerce platform successfully obtains the target mobile phone number, then it will send the target mobile phone number to the second determination module 57. Otherwise if the e-commerce platform fails to obtain the target mobile phone number, then it will return a message to the second determination module 57 indicating that e-commerce platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number.
The delivery information sending module 44 is further configured to send delivery information to the target mobile phone number received by the second determination module 57.
In an alternative embodiment, the delivery information pushing module 45 is configured to push the delivery information to the e-commerce platform or the logistics platform.
The third instruction sending module 58 is configured to send a third target mobile phone number acquisition instruction to the logistics platform associated with the express waybill identification code according to the message that is received by the determination module and that indicates that the e-commerce platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number, where the third target mobile phone number acquisition instruction includes the express waybill identification code.
The third determination module 59 is configured to determine whether it receives the target mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code, the target mobile phone number being obtained by the logistics platform based on the express waybill identification code and returned to the third determination module 59 by the logistics platform.
If the logistics platform successfully obtains the target mobile phone number, then it will send the target mobile phone number to the third determination module 59. Otherwise if the logistics platform fails to obtain the target mobile phone number, then it will return a message to the third determination module 59 indicating that the logistics platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number.
The delivery information sending module 44 is further configured to send delivery information to the target mobile phone number received by the third determination module 59.
In an alternative embodiment, the delivery information pushing module 45 is configured to push the delivery information to the logistics platform.
The apparatus 5 for sending express delivery information provided by this embodiment is able to perform the method for sending express delivery information provided by Embodiment 2 according to the present disclosure, and has the corresponding functional modules for executing the methods and can provide the corresponding beneficial effects.
Embodiment 6 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus 6 for sending express delivery information according to Embodiment 6 of the present disclosure. Compared with the apparatus 5 for sending express delivery information of Embodiment 7, the apparatus 6 for sending express delivery information of this embodiment further includes the following.

Embodiment 7 Embodiment 7 according to the present disclosure further provides a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor are configured to perform a method for sending express delivery information, the method including: obtaining an express waybill identification code; sending a first target mobile phone number acquisition instruction to a logistics information sharing platform, the first target mobile phone number acquisition instruction including the express waybill identification code; determining whether it has received the target mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code, where the target mobile phone number is obtained by the logistics information sharing platform based on the express waybill identification code and returned to the delivery platform by the logistics information sharing platform, and if the logistics information sharing platform successfully obtains the target mobile phone number, then it sends the target mobile phone number to the delivery platform; otherwise if the logistics information sharing platform fails to obtain the target mobile phone number, then it returns a message to the delivery platform indicating that the logistics information sharing platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number; and in response to receiving the target mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code, sending the delivery information to the target mobile phone number.

The processor 81 and the memory 82 in the express delivery locker 8 may be connected by a bus or by other methods, where in the connection by a bus is taken as an example for illustrative purposes.
The memory 82 is used as a computer-readable storage medium, which may be used to store software programs, computer executable programs and modules, such as the program modules corresponding to the methods for sending express delivery information provided in the embodiments according to the present disclosure (e.g., the express waybill identification module 41, the instruction sending module 42, the processing module 43, and the information sending module 44). The processor 81 may running the software programs, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 82 in order to execute various functional applications and data processing of the express delivery locker 8, namely the methods for sending express delivery information described above.
The memory 82 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area. The storage program area may store an operating system, and application programs required by at least one function. The storage data area may store data created based on the use of the terminal and the like. In addition, the memory 82 may include a high-speed random access memory, and may also include a non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, a flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid-state storage devices.
In some examples, the memory 82 may further include memories remotely arranged with respect to the processor 81, and these remote memories may be connected to the device/terminal/server through a network. Claims (16)

1. A method for sending express delivery information, comprising: obtaining, by a delivery platform, an express waybill identification code; sending, by the delivery platform, a first target mobile phone number acquisition instruction containing the express waybill identification code to a logistics information sharing platform; determining, by the delivery platform, whether it has received a target mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code, the target mobile phone number being obtained by the logistics information sharing platform based on the express waybill identification code and returned to the delivery platform by the logistics information sharing platform, wherein in response to successfully obtaining the target mobile phone number, the logistics information sharing platform sends the target mobile phone number to the delivery platform; otherwise in response to failing to obtain the target mobile phone number, the logistics information sharing platform returns a message to the delivery platform indicating that the logistics information sharing platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number; in response to receiving the target mobile phone number, sending, by the delivery platform, delivery information to the target mobile phone number.
2. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising the following, subsequent to “in response to failing to obtaining the target mobile phone number, the logistics information sharing platform returns a message to the delivery platform indicating that the logistics information sharing platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number”: receiving, by the delivery platform, the message indicating that the logistics information sharing platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number; based on the received message that the logistics information sharing platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number, sending, by the delivery platform, a second target mobile phone number acquisition instruction containing the express waybill identification code to an e-commerce platform associated with the express waybill identification code; determining, by the delivery platform, whether it has received the target mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code, the target mobile phone number being obtained by the e-commerce platform based on the express waybill identification code and returned to the delivery platform by the e-commerce platform, wherein in response to successfully obtaining the target mobile phone number, the e-commerce platform sends the target mobile phone number to the delivery platform; otherwise in response to failing to obtain the target mobile phone number, the e-commerce platform returns a message to the delivery platform indicating that the e-commerce platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number.
3. The method as recited in claim 2, further comprising the following, subsequent to “in response to failing to obtaining the target mobile phone number, the e-commerce platform returns a message to the delivery platform indicating that the e-commerce platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number”: receiving, by the delivery platform, the message indicating that the e-commerce platform associated with the express waybill identification code has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number; based on the received message that the e-commerce platform associated with the express waybill identification code has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number, sending, by the delivery platform, a third target mobile phone number acquisition instruction containing the express waybill identification code to a logistics platform associated with the express waybill identification code; determining, by the delivery platform, whether it has received the target mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code, the target mobile phone number being obtained by the logistics platform based on the express waybill identification code and returned to the delivery platform by the logistics platform, wherein in response to successfully obtaining the target mobile phone number, the logistics platform sends the target mobile phone number to the delivery platform; otherwise in response to failing to obtain the target mobile phone number, the logistics platform returns a message to the delivery platform indicating that the logistics platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number.
4. The method as recited in claim 3, further comprising the following, subsequent to the delivery platform receiving the message indicating that the logistics platform associated with the express waybill identification code has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number: based on the message that the logistics platform associated with the waybill has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number, sending, by the delivery platform, a prompt to a deliveryman to manually enter the target mobile phone number; and receiving, by the delivery platform, the target mobile phone number entered by the deliveryman.
5. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising the following, subsequent to “obtaining, by the delivery platform, the express waybill identification code”: obtaining information of an e-commerce platform associated with the express waybill identification code and information of a logistics platform to which the express waybill identification code belongs.
6. The method as recited in claim 5, further comprising the following, concurrently with “sending, by the delivery platform, delivery information to the target mobile phone number”: pushing, by the delivery platform, the delivery information to at least one selected from the group consisting of the logistics information sharing platform, the e-commerce platform, and the logistics platform.
7. The method as recited in claim 1, wherein the delivery information comprises a delivery complete message or a package retention message.
8. An apparatus for sending express delivery information, comprising: an express waybill identification module, configured to obtain an express waybill identification code; a first instruction sending module, configured to send a first target mobile phone number acquisition instruction containing the express waybill identification code to a logistics information sharing platform; a first determination module, configured to determine whether it has received a target mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code, the target mobile phone number being obtained by the logistics information sharing platform based on the express waybill identification code and returned to the first determination module by the logistics information sharing platform, wherein in response to successfully obtaining the target mobile phone number, the logistics information sharing platform sends the target mobile phone number to the first determination module; otherwise in response to failing to obtain the target mobile phone number, the logistics information sharing platform returns a message to the first determination module indicating that the logistics information sharing platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number; and a delivery information sending module, configured to send delivery information to the target mobile phone number received by the first determination module.
9. The apparatus as recited in claim 8, further comprising: a second instruction sending module, and a second determination module; wherein the second instruction sending module is configured to send a second target mobile phone number acquisition instruction containing the express waybill identification code to an e-commerce platform associated with the express waybill identification code, in response to the first determination module receiving the message from the logistics information sharing platform indicating that the logistics information sharing platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number; the second determination module is configured to determine whether it has received the target mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code, the target mobile phone number being obtained by the e-commerce platform based on the express waybill identification code and returned to the second determination module by the e-commerce platform, wherein in response to successfully obtaining the target mobile phone number, the e-commerce platform sends the target mobile phone number to the second determination module; otherwise in response to failing to obtain the target mobile phone number, the e-commerce platform returns a message to the second determination module indicating that e-commerce platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number; and the delivery information sending module is further configured to send the delivery information to the target mobile phone number received by the second determination module, in response to the second determination module receiving the target mobile phone number.
10. The apparatus as recited in claim 9, further comprising a third instruction sending module and a third determination module; wherein the third instruction module is configured to sending a third target mobile phone number acquisition instruction containing the express waybill identification code to a logistics platform associated with the express waybill identification code, in response to the second determination module receiving the message from the e-commerce platform indicating that the e-commerce platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number; the third determination module is configured to determine whether it has received the target mobile phone number corresponding to the express waybill identification code, the target mobile phone number being obtained by the logistics platform based on the express waybill identification code and returned to the delivery platform by the logistics platform, wherein in response to successfully obtaining the target mobile phone number, the logistics platform sends the target mobile phone number to the delivery platform; otherwise in response to failing to obtain the target mobile phone number, the logistics platform returns a message to the delivery platform indicating that the logistics platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number; and the delivery information sending module is further configured to send the delivery information to the target mobile phone number received by the third determination module, in response to the third determination module receiving the target mobile phone number.
11. The apparatus as recited in claim 10, further comprising a fourth instruction module configured to receive the message returned from the logistics platform indicating that the logistics platform has failed to obtain the target mobile phone number, and further configured to generate a prompt to a deliveryman for manually entering the target mobile phone number, and the delivery information sending module is further configured to receive the target mobile phone number manually entered by the deliveryman and send the delivery information to the target mobile phone number.
12. The apparatus as recited in claim 8, wherein the express waybill identification module is further configured to obtain information of an e-commerce platform associated with the express waybill identification code and information of a logistics platform to which the express waybill identification code belongs.
13. The apparatus as recited in claim 12, further comprising a delivery information pushing module configured to push the delivery information to at least one selected from the group consisting of the logistics information sharing platform, the e-commerce platform, and the logistics platform.
14. The apparatus as recited in claim 8, wherein the delivery information comprises a delivery complete message or a package retention message.
15. A storage medium, comprising computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor are configured to perform the method for sending express delivery information as recited in any one of claims 1-7.
16. An express delivery locker, comprising: one or more processors; a memory, configured to store one or more programs; wherein the one or more programs when executed by the one or more processors cause the one or more processors to perform the method for sending express delivery information as recited in any one of claims 1-7.
