A quick thread-fitting mechanism for motor detection is provided, comprising a platform, wherein a motor positioning seat (2) used for positioning a motor to be detected and a tensioning drive mechanism used for tensioning an output shaft (11) of the motor to be detected are arranged on the platform; a support plate (3) is further arranged on the platform; a support slot (31) running through the support plate (3) from left and right sides is formed on the support plate (3); a linkage block (4) is fitted within the support slot (31); a fitting hole (40) running through the linkage block (4) from left and right sides is formed on the linkage block (4); an included angle is formed by a plane of a lower edge of the linkage block (4) and a plane of an upper edge of the linkage block (4); the linkage block (4) is of a structure having a thickness that gradually decreases from left to right; the height between upper and lower edges on the leftmost side of the support slot (31) is greater than the thickness between upper and lower edges on the rightmost side of the linkage block (4); and, an internal thread structure fitted with an external thread structure on the output shaft (11) is formed on a wall of a left lower side of the fitting hole (40).
