Abstract
Disclosed is a low metal/high preservative formulation for use in treating wood or other cellulosic formulations, said formulation comprising: at least one biocidal metal compound (e.g., copper or zinc); at least one organic compound (e.g., tebuconazole or propiconazole; and a carrier, wherein the ratio of the metal to the organic compound is between about 5:1 and about 1:10 w/w.
