Abstract

The invention relates to a locomotive short-range wireless communications control system, which is characterized in that, short-range wireless communications is applied between the driver control unit and the local control unit; all the signal acquisition devices and execution devices on locomotives are divided into their respective control area nearby; a local control unit is arranged in each control area, and in its control area, the said local control unit receives the signals sent by the signal acquisition devices via wires, and gives control commands to the execution devices; the driver control command generated by the driver’s operation is transferred to the locomotive control center by the driver control unit, through short-range wireless and then the locomotive control center executes the command and feeds it back to the driver control units, thus to form a closed-loop control. The locomotive control center sends execution commands to all local control units through short-range wireless, and the local control units execute the commands and send feedback signals to the locomotive control center, to form a closed-loop control; The local control units also send the signals generated by the signal-acquiring device in the local area to the locomotive control center through short-range wireless. The present invention has the advantages that the solid wires used can be greatly reduced, and the locomotive failures are reduced; the openings on steel structures for wiring are reduced; no solid wire is required for coupled control; portable driver control unit can achieve off-vehicle operation.
