Abstract

In a hair increasing tool, two large-diameter portions 11, 12 are provided on a line-member 10 having a predetermined length with a certain distance. A line member portion between said two large-diameter portions 11, 12 is defined as a plant-area 15. Line-member portions located outside said large-diameter portions are defined as assist-areas 16, 17. First false hairs 20 are fixed to a plurality of positions of said plant-area 15 with predetermined interval(s). Tube-members 18, 19 which can be plastically deformed are fixed to a location near said large-diameter portions 11, 12 on the line-member 10. Assist-areas 16, 17, to which no false hair is fixed, are configured to (i) be grasped by an operator or a user when the hair increasing tool is fixed to a head of the user, and (ii) be cut away after the hair increasing tool is fixed to the head of the user. The tube-members 18, 19 are collapsed with remaining own hairs inserted therein, thereby fixing the tube-members 18, 19 to the own hairs. The line-member portion which defines the plant-area 15 is placed along a surface of the head of the user, and the line-member portion is fixed by knotting the own hairs located at both sides of the line-member portion together to fix said line-member portion at a plurality of positions, thereby pinching said line-member portion by the own hairs. Accordingly, the hair increasing tool can be fixed to the head with sufficient strength and stability without using adhesive agent.
