Abstract

An isolated antibody which binds to a PRO5725 polypeptide useful for the diagnosis and treatment of neoplastic cell growth and proliferation in mammals. Also disclosed is a composition of matter which comprises such an antibody in admixture with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier as well as a method of diagnosing a tumor in a mammal comprising detecting the level of expression of a gene encoding a PRO5725 polypeptide.
