Abstract

A low VOC (volatile organic component) clear coating composition comprising isocyanate, oligomeric epoxy compound and melamine components wherein said isocyanate component comprises aliphatic polyisocyanate having an average of 2-6 isocyanate functionalities. Said composition finds use in automotive OEM and refinish applications.
