A waste water disposal apparatus for a sloping surface comprising, at least one layer of permeable material (7), at least one impermeable (9,10) cover adapted to at least partially cover one or more of the permeable layers (7) and at least one baffle (5) positioned along a contour line of the slope. The permeable layer (7) is located on the sloping surface above the baffle (5).
