Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en farmasøytisk sammensetning som omfatter (i) subenheten av minste molekylære vekt (TbpB) av human transferrinreseptor (HTR) av en Neisserie meningilis-slamme som har en DNA-sekvens kodende for Tbp, (a) som inneholder to av Avall restriksjonsseter, 3 Hinchll restriksjonsseter, ingen Vspl restriksjonssete og ingen Xhol restriksjonssete eller (b) fra hvor det er mulig å utvikle ved PCR (polymerase- kjedereaksjon) ved å bruke primere P3 fra formelen 5'-AAGACCAACK}CGGATACGGTTTTGC-3' og P4 fra formelen 5'-GAAGACGAGTCGGAAACAAAGGGATG-3\ et polynukleotid på 765 ti! 775 nukletodier.
