Abstract
Et martensittisk-austenittisk stål, hovedsaklig bestå- ende av (målt i vekt%): fra 8 til 15% krom, 0,5 til 2,5% molybden, opptil 2% wolfram, 4 til'10% kobolt, 0,5 til 6% nikkel, 2,5 til 8% mangan, 0,1 til 1,0% vana- dium, 0,05 til 0,25% nitrogen, opptil 0,2% karbon, idet resten utgjøres av jern med urenheter. Dette martensit- tisk-austenittiske stål kan spesielt brukes som materi- ale for rotorer eller rotorskiver av gassturbiner ved temperaturer over 450°C. This martensitic-austenitic steel can be used especially as material for rotors or rotor discs of gas turbines at temperatures above 450 ° C. The two-phase martensitic-austenitic structure is set by heat treating the solution-annealed and quenched steel structure in the temperature range between 550 ° C and 650CC.
